LVMH Group Seeks Buyers: Clothing Brand KENZO Will Be Changed

LVMH group really wants to sell Kenzo, they have planned to find potential buyers, and entrust investment company Cr e ditAgricole to evaluate the selling price.

But it is said that LVMH has a very good cash position, so it is very picky when choosing potential buyers.

But LVMH also said that this is just a brand change, and Kenzo will continue to run, including leather goods, clothing, watches, toiletries and so on, while LVMH will continue to run Kenzo's perfume business.



Kenzo was founded in France in 1970 by KENZO, and was bought by LVMH at the price of 80 million 500 thousand US dollars in 1993.

Although the wind is tense, the possibility of the paction and the identity of the parties concerned are not yet known.

A spokesman for LVMH said: "the company does not comment on any rumor."
