Zheng Hang, director of the Textile Bureau of Changle, Fujian, told Xinhua 20 days ago that Changle, a famous overseas Chinese town as the "base of China's textile industry", will form the world's largest production base of nylon civilian silk and China's largest production base of polyamide chips in early 2012.

Changle nylon civilian filament is widely used, far reaching the shark skin of Phelps, a swimmer, to the most popular brand of underwear.

At present, 5 of the 8 projects completed before the end of this year in Changle are

Textile project

Zheng Hang said that after the completion of the 5 textile projects, the production capacity of Changle nylon civilian silk will be the first in the world.

According to the briefing, 5 textile projects recently launched and completed are: the two phase of Li Heng will add 100 thousand tons of nylon production line; the three phase "nylon 6" project in Jinjiang will build 32 different types of production lines, with an annual output of 65 thousand tons; the manufacturer's Nylon extension project will add 40 thousand tons of nylon fiber; and the 40 thousand new ton nylon production line will be added to the project.

Changle is building large-scale nylon production with nylon output value of more than ten billion yuan.

manufacturing enterprise

Li Heng, nylon, nylon, petrochemical, Jinjiang technology and other high growth and high expansion of key enterprises have become the focus of support.

Zheng Hang said that these enterprises will develop to the industrial chain, forming 2 billion to 3 years' development value and nearly 100 billion yuan output value.

At the same time, the capital market also has strong interest in Changle nylon industry chain.

Liheng nylon and Huawei chemical fiber (the former is the largest nylon filament production enterprise in China) has been listed in Singapore, while Kun Lun chemical fiber is stepping up the pace of listing.

It is noteworthy that at present, Taiwan has strong competitiveness in nylon chips and filament yarn. The comprehensive capacity of the two sides will exceed 400 thousand tons by the end of 2010, and its products will also be pported to the mainland in large quantities.

After the implementation of ECFA, the raw material import environment in Taiwan is relatively loose, and the price advantage can be formed. Coupled with tariff liberalization, the production of cross-strait nylon production will be promoted on the same stage, forming a big competition between production capacity and price.

Insiders here pointed out that the move will speed up the formation of super large Jin Lun enterprises, and promote the price of nylon prices across the Strait.
