The US House of Representatives passed a bill that is expected to sell to the United States in Hongkong and the mainland. textile and Clothing products Cause some negative effects.


The house of Representatives passed the H.R.3116 bill in September 15th to expand the DFARS, the Berry Amendment Act (BerryAmendment), which requires that the transport safety agency and the coast guard must buy 100% American made textiles and clothing unless these products are not produced in the United States or can not be purchased at a reasonable price and opportunity. The Berry Amendment Act hopes to extend the requirement to other institutions in the United States, including the Department of homeland security, the WTO government procurement department, and so on. The house of representatives also asked for a separate measure to require the federal government to buy 100 percent of the US made American flag or use 100 percent of the materials that are grown, produced and manufactured in the United States. According to the regulations, the US flag Act (H.R.2853) will not allow the federal flag to be manufactured by other countries. The bill will come into effect 180 days after the announcement.
