So the key to speed is still to change our minds. We can't say that we should give him a little more cheaper, which is cheaper, but in the end, the stock will block you.


What do we need to do? We need to convince ourselves that fast fashion and quick response are the key drivers and priorities of our day. We need system coordination, channels, brands and suppliers to meet our supply chain and make timely responses. We should change "a little cheaper, save a little" and change to "do faster and earn more".
