It turns out that these consumers have bought green pork at WAL-MART supermarket in Chongqing, and these so-called green pork are sold in special counters with Chinese green food certification marks.

I want to buy a reassurance, buy a healthy person, who knows how to spend money wrongly, but it is not green pork at all.

According to the regulations on the management of green food signs, the certification system for green food is implemented. However, the business sector has verified that the products sold by WAL-MART are labeled with green eyebrow meat, green tenderloin, green ribs, green two knives, and so on.

The Chongqing Administration for Industry and Commerce began investigating the fake green pork incident in August 25th, but during the investigation, in September 2nd, WAL-MART's Kowloon Plaza store was found to be in trouble.

The supermarket sells 14 kinds of bulk food such as beef jerky, crispy rice and plum, which do not contain basic information such as food production date and shelf-life according to the relevant provisions of the food safety law of the People's Republic of China.

In September 7th, the industry and Commerce Department came to the store to review, and saw that the 14 kinds of snack foods were tagged with relevant information. However, in further inspection, the business people found new and bigger problems.

It found that the date of production marked by the spicy hot crispy rice and the fried peas was sold after its last purchase date.

In addition, the production date of the crispy soybean sold by it is totally out of line with the production date recorded on its "one pass" (sales record), and is suspected of forgery the date of production.

The dates for the last batch of bulk peas were July 30, 2011, and the production date should be before July 30, 2011. However, the business department found that the production date marked on some of its outer packages was actually August 21, 2011.

So, what is the real production date of these bulk food products suspected of counterfeiting the production date?

WAL-MART's Kowloon Plaza store has no record of purchase details such as the purchase details provided by the business department.

This WAL-MART Kowloon Plaza store is not the first time it has been found that it has sold unqualified food.

In March of this year, they had sold expired salted duck.

The store sold the dried salted duck after frying and then sold it to consumers.

The commerce and industry department seized 1789 kilograms of expired salted duck in the store, valued at nearly 40 thousand yuan, fined 340 thousand yuan on the spot, and interviewed senior managers of WAL-MART in March 14th.

According to the statistics of the industry and Commerce Department, the weight of counterfeit green pork sold by ordinary WAL-MART is 1189.99 kilograms this year from January to August this year, but the problem is not only the three stores.

After that, the business sector also extracted data on green pork sales from ten stores in Chongqing from January 2010 to August 2010, and found that the ten branches purchased 25143 kilograms of green pork during this period, and sales reached 84192 kilograms.
