According to the plan, our province will build 100 billion industrial bases in Jinjiang, Shishi, Changle and other major textile and garment producing areas, and strengthen functional design of textile and clothing R & D, information pmission, manufacturing, logistics and distribution, product distribution and personnel training. We should accelerate close cooperation and coordinated development with developed textile areas, and strive to build more developed coastal textile areas as well as inland Nanping, Sanming and Longyan to form more than 5 industrial textile production bases with regional development characteristics.
