How To Adjust The Needle Jumping Problem Of Multi Needle Sewing Machine

In the course of using, many problems are encountered. It is jumping needle. If frequent needle jumping happens, it will seriously affect the quality of products.

First, threading should be correct. Incorrect thread fitting will cause needle jumping, disconnection and stitch incompatibility.

On the premise that the traces are beautiful, the needle tension and bending needles should be kept at a minimum tension. The needle should be uo113gs 14# to 16#.

(1) adjustment of bending needle and machine needle.

Straight needle and bending needle should be inserted into the bottom of the needle holder at the top of the straight needle pin. The gap between the curved needle tip and the needle side should be kept between 0 and 0.1 millimeters. When the bending needle comes back to the end, the distance between the bending needle tip and the needle center line should be kept at 2.5 to 3 millimeters.

The needle is raised from the bottom dead point and the needle is started to hook. When the curved needle tip coincides with the center line of the machine needle, the needle tip should be 1.5 to 2 millimeters above the pinhole.

(2) adjustment of the lever.

The dial bar should be kept up to the top. When the dial rod head moves to the center of the machine needle, the distance from the needle should be 0.5 mm.

When the line is started, the dial bar must be carefully adjusted so that it can smoothly enter the wire loop of the bending needle and hook up the bending needle line. At the same time, the gap between the rod and the tip of the needle tip should be within 0.1 to 0.2 millimeters.

When the needle drops to the lower dead center, the eye of the needle bar crossing hook is aligned with the adjusting rod.
