Traditional Pigment Dyeing Technology Breaks Through Bottleneck
< p > December 5th, the China Federation of textile industry organized the appraisal project of the continuous coloring technology and equipment for the new multi colored yarn, which was jointly completed by Zhangjiagang Suntory dyeing and Finishing Technology Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Textile University in the "a href=" //www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_p.asp "Zhangjiagang" < /a > City of Jiangsu Province. The director and deputy director of the appraisal committee were respectively appointed by Yao Mu, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering and Professor Mei Shiying of Soochow University. < /p >
< p > experts attending the meeting listened to relevant reports, reviewed the identification data, observed the physical samples and inspected the production site. After questioning and discussion, the Accreditation Committee agreed that the technology and equipment for the continuous coloring and dyeing of new yarn with multi colored coloring technology were aimed at the technical bottlenecks such as low color fastness, easy to stick rollers and unstable quality of traditional dyed fabrics. The yarn dyeing and dyeing processes were systematically studied. Yarn modification agents were screened, the pigment dyeing process was optimized, and special equipment was designed and developed. Through the integration of innovation, the < a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_c.asp" > coating > /a > continuous dyeing line was developed. < /p >
In the < p > project, corona discharge was used to achieve rapid modification of yarns. Ultrasonic cavitation was used to improve the permeability and uniformity of the modifier. The synergistic effect of adhesive, coupling agent and fixing agent strengthened the combination of coating and fiber, and improved the color fastness, uniformity and dyeing depth of the dyed products. The project has made breakthroughs in yarn coating < a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_cj.asp" > dyeing technology > /a >, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. The appraisal committee agreed that the project passed appraisal and suggested accelerating the popularization and application of the technology. < /p >
< p > it is understood that the continuous dyeing and finishing technology and equipment for multi yarn new yarns are the science and technology guidance project of China Textile Industry Federation. The whole production process of the project does not exceed 1.6 tons / ton of yarn and the amount of wastewater generated by the yarn does not exceed 0.2 tons / ton yarn, and the amount of COD generated does not exceed 0.3 kg / ton yarn. < /p >
< p > compared with the advanced level of international cleaner production developed by HJ/T185-2006 "cleaner production standard Textile Industry (cotton printing and dyeing)", compared with the yarn of 100 tons / ton, 80 tons / ton of yarn and 50 kg / T of yarn, the water consumption decreased by 98%, the amount of wastewater generated and the amount of COD generated were reduced by 99%, and the pollution was cut down from the source. This technology has effectively solved the technical bottlenecks of pigment dyeing. The dry, wet and wet rubbing fastness of yarn in shallow, medium and dark colors has reached 4 level /3~4, 3~4 grade /3 and 3~4 grade /2~3, and the penetration and depth of dyeing have been significantly improved. The project can achieve high effective dyeing and can achieve simultaneous dyeing of multi component fibers. The continuous coloring and dyeing technology of multi colored new yarns can not only produce dyed yarns with rich flower shaped effects such as color segments and coloured dots, but also realize synchronous dyeing of cotton, polyester, hemp, nitrile and wool blended components, thus greatly improving the adaptability of dyeing objects. < /p >
