Shoes Jinjiang Coastal Sports And Leisure Industry Belt To Carry Out Comprehensive Planning

As an important part of the strategic layout of sports industry in Jinjiang, the preliminary planning of Jinjiang coastal sports and leisure industry belt has been studied and approved by the Jinjiang Municipal Committee of the Standing Committee.

The coastal sports and leisure industry zone is located at the Jinnan section on both sides of the large coastal corridor with an area of about 51.55 square kilometers. After completion, it will become a coastal sports and leisure center with an international standard, which integrates public fitness, competition performance, sports training, trade and exhibition, sports life oriented communities and tourist rest.

At present, the coastal sports and leisure industry belt in Jinjiang has been comprehensively planned.

In the development mode, we will draw lessons from Singapore Sports City PP (production and official cooperation) development mode.

The coastal sports and leisure industry belt will be led by the government and adopt market-oriented operation mode.

It is proposed to set up "Jinjiang sports city development and Construction Co., Ltd." as the main body of the industrial belt development.

At the same time, the "Jinjiang National Sports City Limited by Share Ltd" was set up as an investment company, and a number of sub (sub) companies, such as "Jinjiang sporting goods City Limited" and "Jinjiang Sports Culture Development Co., Ltd.", were set up to introduce strategic investment institutions to attract private capital participation.

Its development orientation has five aspects: the bright business card of the Economic Zone on the west side of the Straits; the new landmark of Jinjiang's urban development; the headquarters base of the famous sports and leisure enterprises; the "second residence" of the successful people at home and abroad; the Jinjiang people's movement and the paradise for rest.

The industrial belt will be planned according to "one park, four districts".

"One garden" is the theme park of sports ecology.

The four area is the headquarters and sports center of the enterprise, the fashionable sports and leisure area, the noble sports life oriented community and the coastal sports confluence area.
