Peru Will Restart Anti-Dumping Investigation On Textile Shoes In China

China Chamber of Commerce for import and export of light industrial arts and crafts yesterday announced that Peru will restart anti-dumping investigations on textile fabric shoes originating in China.

At the request of Peru leather, footwear and accessories Association, the Peru competition and Intellectual Property Protection Commission and the subsidy investigation committee recently decided to re investigate anti-dumping investigations on textile shoes originating in China.

At the same time, according to the rules of the WTO anti-dumping Committee on determining the date of retrial cases as close as possible to the date of investigation, the investigation period will start from 2002 to June 2008.
