Sichuan Jinyu Motor City (Group) Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "company", "Jinyu car city" or "our company") received the control of Jiangsu North control Intelligent Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chi Lin Electric") in November 29, 2018. It received the summons of the people's Court of Suzhou Industrial Park in November 9, 2018. The case number is (2018) Su 0591 and the early 10470 of the Republic of China. The details of the case are detailed below.

In February 27, 2018, the two sides of the original defendant signed the contract of sale and purchase. The total price of the contract was 21653052.30 yuan, and the plaintiff agreed to sell solar modules to the defendant.
After signing the contract, the plaintiff delivered all the goods to the defendant, the defendant paid some of the goods to the plaintiff, and still owed the plaintiff 17752052.30 yuan.

(1) the defendant was ordered to pay 17752052.30 yuan for the plaintiff.
(2) the defendant should be ordered to pay the interest of the overdue payment to the plaintiff at the prescribed interest rate on the basis of the payment of the loan amount (from October 31, 2018 to 792937 days after the date of the overdue date to the actual payment).
(3) the costs of litigation and property preservation shall be borne by the defendant.

In November 9, 2018, when Chi Lin received the summons of the Xin Xin integrated case, the company's cumulative litigation amount reached 10% of the net asset ratio stipulated in the stock listing rules and the disclosure standard of the absolute amount of 10 million yuan.
The company apologized for failing to disclose the information in time.
The total amount of litigation in this announcement is 21929014.02 yuan, accounting for 28.02% of the company's audited net assets in the latest year, accounting for 1.69% of the company's total assets.
Four. The possible impact of this litigation on the company's current profits or future profits.
The accounts of the accounts payable in this case are recorded. For breach of contract, litigation costs, preservation fees, interest costs and other expenses, the company will be included in the current profits and losses according to the judgment of the case.
The main shareholders of the original electric company made a commitment to the performance of three years from 2017 to 2019. If they fail to complete their performance, they will be compensated by the original major shareholders of Chi Lin Electric Company or the equity pfer fund will be reduced.
Jinyu real estate, Jinyu City, the number of cases is relatively small, the company will be the final result of the relevant accounting treatment, the current and subsequent gains and losses will be less affected.
