Golden Eagle Shares (600232): Controlling Shareholders Lifting Pledge 17 Million 500 Thousand Shares
600232.SH announced that in March 15, 2019, the company received a notice from Zhejiang Golden Eagle Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Golden Eagle Group"). The Golden Eagle Group handled part of the stock pledge relief business in Zhejiang Merchants Securities Limited by Share Ltd.
In September 14, 2017, Golden Eagle Group pledged 13 million 500 thousand shares of the company's unlimited sale of tradable shares (3.70% of the total share capital of the company) to Zheshang securities Limited by Share Ltd (see 2017-034 bulletin for details).
In September 6, 2018, Jinying group applied for 4 million Pledged Shares (1.10% of the total share capital of the company).
In March 15, 2019, Jinying group handled the lifting of the pledge and supplementary pledge of 17 million 500 thousand shares.
As of the announcement date, Golden Eagle Group held 177 million shares of the company, accounting for 48.58% of the total share capital of the company.
After the lifting of the pledge, the Golden Eagle Group accumulated 143 million shares of the pledge, accounting for 80.73% of the number of shares held, accounting for 39.22% of the total share capital of the company.
