74 Collections Of Suzhou Silk Museum Appeared At The Three Famous Cultural Exhibition In China

The Suzhou Silk Museum recently carried 74 pieces of Shu brocade, Song Jin and Yun Brocade collections in the "Fairview Hua Guan - China's three famous brocade Culture Exhibition" held at the Museum of women and children in China.

The 74 collections of brocade displayed on this exhibition include representative pieces of woven brocade artifacts from the Warring States period, the Han Dynasty, the Tang and Song Dynasties, the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the collection of the three modern brocade products. The achievements of the Suzhou Silk Museum over the past years on the protection and research of ancient silk brocade and the inheritance of their skills have been condensed. The classic skills of the three brocade and the artistic styles of the patterns presented in different periods have been shown in combination of objects and drawings. This is not only the inheritance and innovation of the ancient brocade artisans, but also the tribute of the contemporary brocade masters to the ancients. To promote brocade culture, the Suzhou Silk Museum was also invited to participate in the "70th anniversary Sino Russian women's forum" to commemorate the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia at the Museum of women and children in China. The production of "Song brocade Keychain small pieces" was carried out at the scene. The song and brocade, the world intangible cultural heritage from Suzhou and China's three famous brocade cultural exhibition, were presented to guests from China and Russia.
