Recently, it is reported that in response to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, will issue consumer coupons with a total of 160 million yuan in the second phase, with more than 2 million voucher packages, and mobilizing businesses to make a comprehensive profit of 625 million yuan.

According to the arrangement of the implementation plan for the issuance of consumption coupons, the second stage of "comfortable living season in Chengdu suitable for industry" will be officially launched on July 13, and will end on September 6, lasting for one and a half months. There are 6 full coupons in each package, including two "over 60 minus 20 yuan" and four "over 30 minus 10 yuan", with a total value of 80 yuan.

Specifically, in Alipay channel, consumers in Chengdu can apply for consumption coupons through Alipay home page activity entrance or search "e-rong ban" small program from 0:00 on July 13 to 24:00 on July 20. The consumption vouchers will be distributed randomly at 18:00 on July 24, and the selected users can use the consumption vouchers from 0:00 on July 25 to 24:00 on September 6.

In the wechat channel, from 0:00 on July 13, consumers in Chengdu can register and collect tickets through the "Tianfu Rong Yi Ban" wechat app jointly created by Chengdu municipal government, wechat payment and Tencent cloud. At 18:00 on July 24, wechat platform will issue consumption voucher package to users in the form of red packet rain, and the validity period of consumption voucher is from July 25 to September 6.

According to reports, coupon users can enjoy automatic deduction of consumption coupons in catering, general merchandise, tourism, accommodation, culture, sports and other offline physical stores in the life service industry within the scope of Chengdu City through wechat payment and Alipay settlement.

Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Commerce disclosed that since the first phase of "Park City experience consumption season" of Chengdu consumption vouchers was launched on May 5, more than 30000 merchants in the city have been attracted to participate, and a total of 1.66 million consumption voucher packages have been issued, driving consumption of more than 7 billion yuan.
