According to the person in charge of the beverage industry of tmall global, wine growers in Mediterranean countries were seriously affected by the blockade, and the domestic and export of Italian wine were greatly affected. The platform contracted 100000 bottles of wine produced by Asti cooperative winery in Italy in one year, and helped online sales through supporting policies.

It is understood that tmall global launched the "National hot money" contracting program on May 15, which contracted out a number of commodities such as African Rwanda coffee beans, Belgium organic food, Chile red wine, etc. At that time, it said that it would continue to contract Thai latex pillow and British scented tea.

After that, tmall Global's "national explosion fund" contract plan was implemented in Thailand, which contracted latex products from 50000 mu of latex forest and 40000 square meters of latex warehouse to help local latex workers and businesses resume production and promote sales.

In fact, the plan is helping Alibaba complete its five-year $200 billion import strategy. Alibaba CEO Zhang Yong once said in November 2018 that Alibaba will gather the strength of digital economies to achieve a global import volume of US $200 billion in the next five years.
