Jihua Group (601718): Sponsor Representative For Change Of Continuous Supervision

Hua Group (601718) announced in the evening of February 14 that the company recently received a letter from UBS Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "UBS Securities"), the sponsor of the company's non-public A-share offering project in 2017, to change the sponsor representative. Ms. Yuan Yuan, one of the original recommendation representatives appointed by UBS Securities, no longer served as the company's continuous supervision recommendation representative for the non-public issuance of A-shares in 2017 due to job change. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the continuous supervision, UBS Securities appointed Mr. Zheng Jiwei (see the appendix for the resume) to replace Ms. Yuan Yuan as the representative of the company's continuous supervision and recommendation for the non-public issuance of A-shares in 2017, and continue to perform relevant responsibilities.

After the change of the sponsor representative, Mr. Wang Xinyu and Mr. Zheng Jiwei are the sponsor representatives of the company's 2017 non-public A-share issuance project for continuous supervision.
