Today, Dongjun Textile produces an average of 2 million meters of finished umbrella cloth every day, and 4 out of every 10 umbrellas are made by Dongjun. The factory has held orders for more than 3 months.

In the texturing workshop of Dalian Textile Co., Ltd., the yarn is texturized to make the drawn chemical fiber yarn more fluffy, softer and more comfortable. A workshop can add 20 tons of textured yarn for 24-hour off peak operation every day.

"At present, the monthly production capacity is up to 7 million yards, and the annual output value is more than 400 million yuan." Last year, the textile industry in Baishui Town, Qiyang achieved a cluster revenue of 23.135 billion yuan, a total profit of 733 million yuan, and tax revenue of 186 million yuan, which has become the main front and battlefield for high-quality development of the textile industry in Hunan Province.
