The event was divided into two stages. The first half of the event was the launching ceremony of Puning textile and apparel "upgrading, brand building and winning the future". The second half was a seminar on the development of China's clothing brand in 2012.
The event was presided over by Zhang Weiqin, member of the Standing Committee of the Puning Municipal Committee. The meeting began to read the congratulations letter from the CPC Jieyang Municipal Committee, the Puning municipal Party committee secretary and the Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Chen Shengliang, then the welcoming speech by Chen Zhibin, chairman of the Puning quicksand Association; Peng Guifu, vice chairman of the China Textile Business Association, President of the underwear Committee and President of home service Specialized Committee, and Puning's Acting Mayor Hu Hua Hua; Peng Guifu announced that the activities of Puning's textile and clothing "upgrading, brand building and winning the future" were officially launched.
In the second half of the 2012 China clothing brand development strategy national tour Seminar (third stations in Puning) activities, mainly using lectures and interactive way.
