How To Formulate Contracts For Ocean Pportation

Contracting parties:

Article 1 pport method

Party A agrees to arrange the unloading of the goods after receiving the port of arrival, and shall be implemented by Party B and ready to receive the goods (the opening date is specified by Party B).

When the ship has completed the formalities, the goods will be pported to the port of destination within hours.

Otherwise, it will bear the delay fee according to the third regulation.

Fifth article

Party B shall notify Party A to prepare for unloading after the completion of the loading of the vessel, and notify Party A to send the pilot on time, if the vessel is to be pilotaged, and the cost shall be borne by the party.

Sixth ship unloading time

Party A guarantees that Party B will arrive at the anchorage area of the port and remove the cargo from the anchor hour.

Otherwise, Party A will pay a delay of 0.075 yuan per ton to Party B in excess of time. In the course of loading and unloading, the time of loading and unloading operation due to weather will be deducted from the actual influence time by Party A and Party B's visa.

Seventh pport quality

When Party B is loading, Party A shall send the personnel to supervise the installation, instruct the workers to carry out the operation according to the rules and seal the hatch after loading, and Party A can escort the escort (free one person) with the ship.

Party B guarantees that the original shipment is responsible for the quantity and quality of the goods pported by the party except for losses arising from the safety conditions of the ship.

Eighth article

According to the first class freight rate of the first class freight rate, the freight charge of the ship's tonnage cargo is 50% yuan, and the total cost is RMB.

The cost of unloading ships shall be directly handled by Party A directly with the port of arrival.

After the contract is signed by both parties, Party A shall prepay to Party B the cost of pportation in advance.

After the unloading of the ship, Party B will settle the bill with Party A on the basis of the cost of pportation.

The tenth is the original contract in two copies. Each party holds one copy, one copy of each copy, and one record for each department.

If there are any unsettled matters in this contract, the two sides shall make full consultation with the relevant provisions of the maritime pport administration of the traffic department.

The supplementary provisions have the same effect as this contract.
