Hebei'S Textile And Apparel Industry Grew 6% Year-On-Year In The First Quarter.

According to the information from the Hebei Provincial Bureau of industry and commerce, in the first quarter, the growth rate of 22 industries was higher than that of the same period last year, and the growth rate of 21 industries was higher than the average level of 40 provinces.

Among them, Hebei textile and garment industry is generally stable.

In the textile and garment industry, driven by chemical fiber manufacturing, leather fur feathers and its products and footwear industry, production growth picked up year-on-year, an increase of 6% over the first quarter, up 2.9 percentage points from the same period last year, pushing the province's industrial growth by 0.3 percentage points.

The chemical fiber manufacturing industry increased by 49.4% over the same period last year, contributing 64% to the growth of the textile and garment industry. The output value of the three key enterprises in Tangshan reached 5 billion 490 million yuan, an increase of 15.14% over the same period last year.

Leather fur feathers and their products and shoemaking increased by 6% in the first quarter, contributing 53% to the growth of the textile and garment industry.
